I bought this to help with my posture because I started noticing a small “hump” forming on the back of my neck. Aside from the occasional pain and tension, it was affecting my confidence, I felt like I was starting to look hunched over. I had tried regular plastic stretchers from Amazon, but they were uncomfortable and didn’t help even after weeks of use.
Then my sister sent me a link to this, and I thought, why not? I’m giving it 4 stars only because shipping took about a week. I wish it were faster. but the product itself is amazing. When I first laid down on it, I felt a strange tingling, like my neck muscles were contracting on their own. It felt weird at first but incredibly relaxing.
